Pregnancy Massage
As well as providing time out for the mother to be to relax and recharge her energy, a pregnancy massage can help to ease pain in muscles and joints which are put under increased pressure as the pregnancy progresses. This massage is complemented by a short 20 minute Reflexology session, for even deeper relaxation.

Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a gentle and relaxing type of massage, with the main aim to help you unwind and get rid of the tension which can be brought about by stress and physical activity. It uses long gliding strokes to relax your muscles, relax your mind and reconnect your mind and physical body.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a holistic treatment which is based on the principle that there are areas and specific points on the feet that create a map via our nervous system to correspond to different parts of the body, helping us release tension with a gentle approach.

Remedial Massage
Remedial massage essentially does what it says on the tin! It is designed to remedy specific areas that are sore, stressed, tense and painful, through the deep massage and manipulation of muscles.

Lava Shell Massage
Lava Shell massage at Chichester Sports Massage. This massage uses heat from the shells to massage and helps the muscles release deeply held tension. It's relaxing, reinvigorating and greatly enjoyable for anyone with tense muscles. It can be either used as a full body treatment, neck & shoulders or adapted to your needs.

Pre-Chiropractic Massage
When coming for a Chiropractic treatment, if you are dealing with a lot of muscular tension, it can sometimes be useful to get some of this loosened with a quick massage session before your Chiropractic adjustments. This is a 10 minute massage and is typically enough to get you ready for your Chiropractic session.
